The page/post options lets you override some of the global settings you have made for each page and post. The options are located at the top right menu:

From here you can override the settings for the following options:

If you’re on Blog or Shop page, some of the options are not override possible such as layout options. The layout options for shop and blog are located in the layout options of the Customizer settings.
